On Shakespeare

I've written about Jodi Picoult's suggestion that Emilia Bassano wrote Shakespeare's plays, for The Spectator.

Yes, thanks Philip. Agree totally. Your article shouldn't need to have been written at all, but alas it did.

It's also interesting that when Shakespeare did collaborate, we know he did and especially at the end of his career, we know with whom.
